As a Level Designer, you will be helping the team conceptualize and create amazing environments for combat, exploration and narrative sequences. You will also oversee and develop plans for optimization and testing to ensure flawless and immersive experience for all players.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate concept and key-art that conveys the intent of the game

  • Balance visuals with gameplay design to ensure it delivers on the vision of the project

  • Manage a small team of cross discipline artists

  • Take initiatives to establish a clear vision and solve problems as they come

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ experience as a game designer required
  • Ability to work with various mechanics and systems required
  • Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces required
  • Direct Experience during Prototype / Early Stages of Game Development
  • MMO Experience
  • Knwoledge of Unity
  • Experience managing team
